Join me and my husband Giles, a sound practitioner, artist and somatic enquiry coach, for a shamanic drum journey, and sound bath. We gather to honour the spirits of our ancestors to support our journey into the unseen realms and to help gain valuable insights and inspiration to support our spiritual growth and help maintain balance in our lives.

Allow this to further percolate away as you surrender into healing sounds and tones of the sound bath, a sonic massage for the soul. Sound baths are deeply relaxing and reinvigorating experiences and help to reconnect to our essence at a very deep level. I weave intuitive healing sounds and tones using my voice and an assortment of other instruments including Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, bells, shruti box, rattles, rain sticks and shamanic drums.

We will finish off with some light nourishing snacks and teas to help ground the experience.

Blankets, pillows and eye masks are all provided for.

Please arrive early so you have time to get comfortable.
