Feeling Sisterhood is a coming together in the spirit of honesty, mutual support and confidentiality. The circles are held in deep respect and support for each other, encouraging the feeling of trust and sisterhood, dissolving the conditioning of competition and envy that can be between us.

By simply sitting together in this way, we reconnect to a lost sense of sisterhood and tribe. Clever advice is discouraged, it really is about listening and being heard. We gather and share what is on our minds and in our hearts, we can say the things that weigh heavily knowing that the group holds it all as sacred and secret.

We share practices and knowledge, laughter and tears, stories and silence. And cookies! Very often it is just really good fun! Bring a snack to share and/or a friend.
